SELLER beware!!!!! Consider other platform to sell your ticket. A lot of Scammer BUYERS here. FANPASS doesn’t help seller. Investigation always take scammer buyer side.

Paid £505 for football tickets to a premier league game.. Received no confirmation, no tickets and after lots of emails not a single reply.
But they DID take the money and I was left with some very upset family members looking forward to seeing their first ever game.
FANPASS is not regulated

I admit I was nervous as I was told that I couldn’t get legitimate tickets to see Arsenal anywhere.
I brought them as a present for my daughter and partner and they assured me that the tickets wouldn’t be real so I went myself instead . I watched a great game . The tickets were for brilliant seats and I will definitely buy more in the future .

Grandsons first live football match
Grandsons first live football match spoilt by fact i ordered 5 tickets togather for family.One was a number of rows away so one of out party could not sit with us.Contacted Fanpass with no explanation merely a suggestion to rty and mover someone as the City end was not full!
