Fanpass refuses to honour their own written commitments
Before the event, I warned Fanpass about a technical restriction for one of my two tickets. Their support explicitly confirmed in writing: 'you will receive the price for one ticket if they raise an issue'. I delivered the first ticket in good faith based on this promise. Now, they are refusing to pay me the €1,200 owed for the delivered ticket, using a terminology trick (non-delivery vs invalid ticket) they never mentioned before. I have sent a formal complaint to management and will escalate to the UK International Consumer Centre if this is not resolved.

We believe it is important to provide additional context regarding this case.
As the seller, responsibility for delivering valid tickets remained with you, regardless of any restrictions imposed by the organiser.
While our team discussed potential outcomes should a claim be raised, any final decision could only be made after a full post-event investigation and review of all available evidence.
Our investigation confirmed that the buyer did not receive both tickets in a format that allowed them to access the event as intended. As a result, the order qualified for protection under our Fanpass Guarantee and a refund was issued accordingly.
We appreciate that this outcome is disappointing. However, Fanpass must apply the same standards to all transactions and cannot release payment for tickets that were ultimately deemed not to have been successfully delivered.

Great experience all round. Tickets were digitally downloaded on the day they became available. No problem with gaining entry and a good seat. Little expensive but I can honestly say you won’t find cheaper tickets elsewhere. Just the way it is with prices at the moment.

Bought tickets a few times from this site. Just be careful not to let the sellers haggle with you to change the seat and row you payed for.

The ticket sold to me was under 16
The ticket sold to me was under 16, and I paid for adult ticket. I was assured it was a glitched from the Man U ticket app
Upon arrival I couldn’t get in with it and I contacted the seller. He then tried getting another ticket for me which is also under 18 but luckily I entered with it.
Fa pass can do better by confirming the ticket being sold to us

I was able to see my favorite club…
I was able to see my favorite club Arsenal plan at home and win the English Premier League after 22 years. I was skeptical about the website and I didn't get the tickets until the day of the game but I was glad that they came through eventually. Highly recommend the site!

Efficient and seamless
Receiving the tickets in advance gave me peace of mind was great. Having them sent to and loaded on my Man United app was efficient and made the entire experience seamless and gave me peace of mind! Will definitely be using the services again as the booking process was easy
