Bläst nur warme Luft raus!! Betrug von der Bestellung bis Lieferung!!!

Started the process June 2nd, got a junk heater, not a cooler, have been promised a refund since then, over 30 emails and nothing. They tried to make a deal, twice over on amount of refund. Time for an FTC lawsuit by all the Americans that have been frauded out of money and product. CLASS action time America. Sent another email to them today.

EPICOOLER ORDER #7CC7AD8C8B#. The customer support team (REQUEST 4001790) was excellent, and helped me finally receive the product that I ordered. The product itself is totally not as advertised. The ad says that the product can cool a small room to 60 degrees. This is not true. The product is basically a heater with a fan. We did not want a heater. The language on the outside of the box states that it can cool a small room to 60 degrees. Yet, the small manual inside the box mainly describes the heating mechanism. The ads on the internet are also misleading "new German technology". I thought I would give it a try. Again, this product is a heater with a"fan". We are so disappointed, and are requesting a refund.

A/C heaters arrived weeks late, when the arrived did nothing but blow warm air. Tested A/C in one room which was then the hottest in the house. sent them back, emailed them and still waiting for a reply over 2 months later and still no refund received.

Bis auf leere Worte ist das Geld immer noch nicht auf meinem Konto. Wen wollt ihr eigentlich verarschen. Betrüger!!!!!!

Ich habe nur einen Epicooler bestellt, verrechnet wurden 3. Auf meine Reklamation war die Antwort immer, dass die Artikel bereits versandt seien und keine Stornierung möglich.
Gestern, nach fast 3 Monaten kam das erste Paket an. Dieses möchte ich zurücksenden und endlich mein Geld zurückerhalten.

If I could give a no star rating, I would. I attempted to cancel my order following a spate of bad reviews online but my requests were ignored. When the items arrived they were definitely not as described so I contacted the company to ask for a return address. I was asked if I would settle for a 45% refund and keep the items, followed by a 60% refund then a 75% refund. I once again asked for a return address. It cost me £20 to return the 2 x 'A/C' units which are basically a very expensive non portable fan. Following receipt of the return, I requested a refund - I am still waiting. I raised a dispute with PayPal and the company requested that I cancel the dispute in order for them to issue a refund and still I am waiting. I am constantly being fobbed off with emails thanking me for my patience and understanding which I am fast running out of! I have tried to reinstate my dispute with PayPal but now that 30 days have passed, that is no longer possible. So I am still waiting for a refund. This company are scamming people out of money - do not order anything from them

Eine sehr lange Lieferzeit der Ware habe drei Monate gewartet und oft nachgefragt bis ich die ganze Lieferung hatte teilweise lange Wartezeit auf Antwort meiner Mails und das Geld wurde gleich per PayPal überweisen aber eine Rechnung habe ich bis jetzt noch nicht erhalten

Könnte alles einfacher gehen.

Never did receive and still haven’t been refunded. Tried cancelling within hours before realized was a scam

It took around 3 months to receive the product & once I did I found it actually not an a/c but an air blower. So that the room was never cooled.

Ordered one towel, but website just set me up for everything that was for sale, just wanted obe sheet but charged me for everything, not good

Devuelvo el producto ya que no enfría (es un simple ventilador, es absolutamente mentira todo lo que dicen que es un aire acondicionado) y llevo desde Julio para que me realicen el reembolso. A dia de hoy no lo he recibido. Solo envían respuestas(generadas por IA) no documentadas. Es decir, se devuelve el producto y no devuelven el dinero. Ni se les ocurra comprar, es una ESTAFA.

Der erste Epicooler war schon eine Enttäuschung. Die Lieferung dauerte lange und kam erst nach einigen Rückfragen an. Den zweiten hatte ich kurz nach der ersten Bestellung geordert, weil Rabatt gewährt wurde und ich noch nicht wusste, was für einem Betrug ich gefolgt war.
Auf die Rückerstattung des stornierten Verkaufs warte ich heute noch und die Verfolgung des Lieferanten/ Herstellers isr für einen normalen Verbraucher unmöglich. Auch die sogenannten "Verbraucherschützer" können einem da nicht weiterhelfen.
Kauft dieses Gerät nicht!!!!

Ho ordinato e ovviamente pagato un dispositivo il 18 giugno. Mi hanno addebitato anche costo garanzia e spedizione non previsti all.ordine. A oggi non ho ricevuto niente neanche notizie della spedizione nonostante abbia contattato il servizio assistenza via e.mail giornalmente. Ho chiesto la.restituzione del pagamento e l annullamento dell ordine senza risultato. Comincio a pensare si tratti di una truffa da denunciare alle autorita.

les performances de l'appareil sont très mauvaises et sont très inférieures à celles présentées dans votre publicité . Je peux affirmer que votre publicité est très mensongère .

Je commande 2 appareils.
J'en paye 4.
trois mois avant de les recevoir
Maintenant j'essaye de me faire remboursé des trois que je ne veux pas.
Et franchement l'appareil ne fonctionne absolument pas. C'est juste un ventilateur qui brasse de l'air chaud.
