Love to be able to buy the ELTA MD products when you have your 30% sales. That's when I can afford them! They are my faves.
Great customer service. Attentive and efficient.
The website is just a tad difficult for me to navigate when I'm trying to check out and eliminate the "route protection".

Poor Customer Service
After receiving a delayed-email, I cancelled my order and my subscription.
Then you notified me that my product was shipping. had to make several phone calls to try to stop the shipping.
Finally the Customer Service rep confessed that she had never processed my cancellation requests.
Please stop contacting me.
