As others have mentioned, items are low quality but at premium prices. I ordered a ceiling light that arrived damaged and unusable. The plastic light cover was visibly dented, the frame was bent and one of the interior magnets had come loose. I requested a postage paid return but instead was offered multiple discounts to just keep the item (20%, then 30% all the way to 50%).

The return address btw is located in New Zealand - you will pay more in shipping than the junk is worth just to get a refund. Avoid avoid avoid!

This was a terrible experience. Took a month and a half to receive our package. The tracking was complete nonsense that gave no information of the package's location for several weeks. We ordered the art deco pendant light for our kitchen, and it arrived broken and is terrible quality. The globes are extremely cheap feeling and the top part was so bent and damaged, it is completely unusable. Does not look or feel like it should cost more than $10, and it costed $269... Their customer service phone line also does not go anywhere. Have tried to call over ten times to make sure the issue was not on my end. Overall, terrible experience and very bad quality item. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt like I did.

I purchased two flush mount lights for my project which is supposed to be started in a week. The portal said ships in two days and their US address was WY so i thought it would be delivered in a week. After placing the order i was waiting and waiting and found that the product is getting shipped from china. When i saw the package and product i lost hope. It is a real garbage made with plastics and low quality materials and light weighted not worth for the money i paid.

Return policy reads if not 100% satisfied return for a full refund. Wrong: they fail to note that returns must be shipped to New Zealand where they are actually located. They incorporated in Wyoming to conduct business in the USA but they have no physical presence In the USA.

When i sent a message to the service team, they offered two options ship to New Zealand with shipping cost incurred by me. or keep it with me with a refund of 30%. Useless options. I hate this company and they are running business with no ethics.

This is my second order from Glowing Nomad, first was bathroom sconces, and now a table lampp with a small rug. Same reliable packaging and clear tracking. Everything arrived nicely and looks good.

Ordered outdoor string lights and some lanterns for the backyard. Arrived in 10 days and tracking updates were clear. Quality feels good and they look classy after dark

Bought a large mirror plus a pair of outdoor wall lights. Both came well packed and look solid. delivery tracked fine and hit around 11 days. The lights are weatherproof so far after a couple storms.

One of the wall sconces arrived with a cracked shade. Contacted them and was sent a free one that got here a week later, everything else was fine

Two pendant lights showed up right on time within the two-week window. easy to hang and they match the photos nicely

Ordered a chandelier for my dining area. It took closer to 14 days but their tracking kept me informed. Packaging was secure and the piece feels like decent quality. Looks exactly like the pictures once hung

This place is just Temu by a different name. Their lamps are junk. I bought a “carved wood” lamp supposedly made out of ash wood in walnut finish. Turned out to be almost entirely plastic with not an ounce of wood in the whole thing and a cheap folded lap shade. Absolute trash.

I purchased two restaurant cordless rechargeable table lamps. Garbage made in China, plastic and not weighted as described in product description.

Got a pendant light for the island in my kitchen and it's made my kitchen so nice. Its got a brass finish look on it which is really nice. Installation was easy and the cord length is good enough to get the height just right.

This chandelier is absolutely amazing once installed, it was a bit heavy though! It was a bit of a project to put together, but the end result is amazing.

I bought a pair of these for my long hallway, have made it feel much more homely. They have a good pattern of light upward and downward.

I needed something for my study that didn't take up much space so i got a table lamp from here. The touch-control feature is very responsive, and the finish is a beautiful matte black that doesn't show fingerprints.

The marble base is incredibly sturdy and the "arc" reaches perfectly over my sofa. Make sure you measure your space before you buy it though as it was slightly larger than the images. Still, it looks amazing!

This tripod floor lamp is exactly what my reading area was missing. It feels very high end for the price. Its tall enough to clear the back of my armchair without being imposing too.

The design of these outdoor wall lamps is great and they look very flash against our brickwork. My only gripe is that the mounting screws provided were a bit soft and stripped easily, so I had to use my own. Other than that, they're perfect.

I was worried a chandelier might be too extra for my foyer but this one is great. It arrived nicely packaged, and the crystals catch the light even when it's turned off. It’s the first thing people notice when they walk into my home now!
