Do not order from this company. The shapewear rolls down and the customer service is a disgrace. They do not do refunds only an exchange or credit where yet again you have to pay for return and exchange.

Amazing shapewear, doesn’t move at all. Thin material. Can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day.

I have purchased many different undergarments and nothing stays up, I am continuosly running to the rest room to pull them up I purchased one pair of the Bella Shareware and I love them

Title: WARNING: The Tuck-N-Lift shorts are NOT seamless! I want to warn other buyers before they spend their money on this product. Bella Shapewear explicitly advertises the Tuck-N-Lift Seamless Slip Short as entirely seamless and invisible under clothing. This is completely false. The lines show straight through my dress, which is a heavy fabric with a built-in slip over it. Do not buy into the marketing hype. It does not deliver on its main promise.

I bought these specifically because they are not supposed to roll down. I am writing this review on my way to an event. I am sitting in the car mot moving and they are rolling down more and more and more. So frustrating! Also, wish I had ordered a size down. The compression is minimal. Can't return so.. Can't recommend.

So this is what happens when I don’t check trust pilot reviews for a company advertising on Facebook. I ordered two Shapewear pieces and both are terribly constructing when you put them on and they do not address the problem areas they promise to address. When I contacted them for a refund, they told me they are only offering store credit and exchanges. I pointed out the discrepancy from their product page where it says that the product is fully refundable within 30 days, and they sent me an email response saying they apologize for my frustration, but this is their current policy. They refused to budge. Don’t order from this company. This is malicious practice. You’ll be left having spent money on a product you hate.

I purchased bras from Bella Shapewear in a medium (Australian size 12) and received items that fit significantly larger - more like a large. When I contacted them to arrange an exchange, I was quoted $34.98 USD for return postage - despite both of us being located in New South Wales, Australia. A local Sydney metro parcel costs around $10-16 AUD via Australia Post, so this fee is completely unjustifiable.

I have since sent a formal letter requesting a fair resolution under the Australian Consumer Law, which entitles consumers to a remedy when goods don't match their description. I am willing to cover reasonable postage but not an inflated fee that nearly equals the cost of the product itself.

Would not recommend purchasing unless you are confident in the sizing and prepared to absorb a significant cost if something goes wrong.

Took forever to arrive- so long that I didn’t need them for the event anymore. They wont take a return - only an exchange and they only offer 2 products. The other product I purchased from another company is 100% better. Don’t waste your money-Horrible!!

I used the sizing information on the website to order. They definitely roll down. I know many online people say that they roll because the size is wrong, I disagree. I am 5’2”. These slip shorts are not made for petite women. They roll because when they reach all the way to my bra band it makes sense that they would roll when I bend in any way. In addition, they make noise when you walk. I sound like I am wearing a 1980s wind suit. Swish, swish, swish, swish. They don’t give refunds. They do store credit or exchanges. Why would I want another if the same thing?

I ordered their slip shorts and stupidly did not read reviews first. Not only are they way too small, they're basically ineffective. When I investigated how to return, I was shocked to see they only offer exchanges or store credit. Why would I want something else from them after these are not as advertised? Be smarter than I was and stay away. PLUS - they say to photograph your items before returning at your own expense. Too much trouble and I guess I'm just out the money.

Love my new BellaShapewear! They actually stay put on my tummy, just as advertised. My clothes look like I’ve lost 10 pounds. What a great product.

I was so excited to purchase these because the advertising claimed they would not roll down. Unfortunately, they rolled down just like every other shapewear garment I've tried.

I contacted the company to express my disappointment, they could not issue a refund back to my credit card. Only wanted to give me store credit. For what to purchase another disappointed item?
Now I am trying to obtain the cost to return the items that was charged to my card.
DO NOT RECOMMEND - WHAT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

8=25-26 you asked me for an updated review from this company with better understanding, Not sure I understand as note to Bellashape wear several times that I do not want a store credit. No where did the returns policy state store credit only. The size I bought was correct and rolled down as it was not suppose to, I requested by $$ back but company refused. so I am out $64.00 or store credit. Company I would never buy from again due to false advertisement,

Customer service isn’t easy to deal with, but in the end they made my order right and gave me a complementary item for my trouble. I do like both undergarments. They are comfortable and work well. Especially for the price.

Not happy with the Shapewear .. they will not refund your payment only credit

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Bella Shapewear.
I ordered the tuck-n-lift seamless slip short and found the sizing to be extremely incorrect. When I tried to return the item that didn’t fit, what should have been a simple return turned into an unnecessarily frustrating process.
The item cost approximately $45, and the least expensive return shipping option I was offered was $18.51. To make matters worse, the return portal presented numerous shipping options and destinations ranging from $18.51 to more than $160, without clearly explaining which one I was supposed to select. It also warned that once a shipping option was selected, it could not be changed.
I contacted customer service several times trying to find a reasonable solution. I asked for a prepaid label, offered to arrange and pay for my own trackable shipping, asked for clarification about the confusing return options, and requested that the matter be escalated. Instead of actually trying to solve the problem, I received repetitive responses citing company policy.
At this point, I am not willing to spend another $18+ returning a $45 item for store credit, especially after this experience. I’ll keep the item and either gift it or sell it myself.
What disappoints me most isn't simply the return policy. A company is entitled to have whatever policy it chooses. It's the combination of incorrect sizing, a costly and confusing return process, and customer service that seemed far more interested in repeating policy than retaining a customer.
I shop online frequently, and good customer service matters to me. Had Bella Shapewear handled this differently, I might have ordered from them again. Instead, they've lost a customer over a $45 purchase and earned this review.
Buyer beware: read the return policy very carefully before ordering, because if the sizing doesn't work for you, returning it may cost far more than you expect.

Item rolled completely as soon as I put on.
No refund unless you pay silly money for exchange! Only refund to store credit! Never use this company.

I would advise nobody to buy from this company. I ordered 2 shorts and 2 bras and needed to return them. The returns form offers a refund but you only get store credit or exchange, I agreed to an exchange it cost £11.40 and I got a receipt, no they are telling me they only received 1bra and 1 shorts which they won’t budge on they send me a photo of my 2 items and clearly there was other shorts at the side, my next photo was cropped so you couldn’t see the other items. This company is only interested in your money not the customer. Don’t purchase from them use Madame muse instead.

They claim no hassle returns. However, they will not refund your money. Only give store credit. Their sizing is way off. Buyer Beware.
