It took a week for my package to arrive, way longer than promised. Customer service didn't respond quickly either.

AirFreight came through and got us out of a bind. Steve Jannsen was amazing. He went above and beyond to assist me with a quote, booking and tracking. This was our first time using AirFreight to get a Same Day delivery and it was handled effortlessly and delivery got there earlier than expected. I will be keeping Steve's info on hand for any future needs.

We had some time sensitive freight in Fort Worth that could not seemed to be picked up by our supplier, the days lagged on and nothing seemed to happen. I finally had enough and called AirFreight. They had our two pallets picked up in two hours and delivered across multiple state lines the next day. Airfreight saved the day. It was at our building at 9:30 am, faster than FEDEX. These people are who you call when you need it done and you need it done NOW.
