Chrome World JP

I knew that these guys were fast but delivering with 3 days was something new to me so thanks for everything!!!

Safe and sound delivery method, they know how to package the order in a proper way and that is very important while shipping jewelry or anything of value.

The craftmanship and the details are just insane! I have bought a fair share of jewelry before and don't remember any other service matching what Chrome World has done. Truly amazing!

I saw they had lots of interesting offers and decided to give this a go as the previous reviews were all positive and they held up to that! My order got delivered within 4 days and everything is as we hoped!

I ordered their necklace to a different address than my billing address because I wanted to send a gift someone special and asked their customer service team if they can include a small greeting card with my order and they said yes! I am more than happy with the swift delivery and everything went as I had planned.

For the price given, I don't see how anyone could go wrong with this. Thanks so much!!

They could improve the photos of their jewelry as they don't do justice how good the products actually look. I got mine yesterday via regular post and it does look and feel so much better than I had anticipated.

The only downside in buying jewelry online is the fact that you can't hold it in your hands and see if it fits you. Thankfully, Chrome World has a swift return-exchange option and I have used it a couple of times.

They won’t give me a refund and ignore all emails

I think finding another source for all my birthday gifts won't be easy and maybe I don't even need it as Chrome World has served me well throughout all these years!

For this kind of money, I don't think it was a wrong decision to get the jewelry as you probably won't be getting any cheaper or better offers elsewhere.

Had to contact them twice for a late delivery but they came through at the end.. apparently due to the recent events in the middle-east, the shipping is delayed.. not a biggie. Thanks tho.

The service and the product have been both fantastic, thanks again.

One thing I'd like to point out is that they do take extra measures to not mark the parcels as valuable as tons of packages are going lost in the US so that's a good thing, but the current box it's shipped in might be a little fragile.. mine was slightly damaged, thankfully the product didn't have any scratches.

Was definitely more than I expected this to be.. loved the gift wrapping and the box too... didn't need to repack it as everything was already ready to go. THANKS

I am happy that I found this jewelry site, lots of interesting stuff here and I have already bought a few items too, no complaints!

My parcel was stuck in transit but finally came through when I contacted Chrome World team. It was a positive experience overall but could have been faster. Thanks

Nothing better than Chrome World's jewelry! I have been a customer for 2 years now and every time we have a birthday or another celebration I but something from there for my family. Very happy with the service.

This is a long overdue review but I wanted to take some time before I leave any reviews. Bought two necklaces for the International Women's day and both my wife and daughter were very happy. The price was reasonable, given the reputation of this company. Thanks a lot.

Chrome World is definitely putting their customers interest first. Our order was lost in transit and they could see that we didn't received it for whatever reason and a replacement item was sent with express shipping. Got it just 3 days later and couldn't be happier. Well worth the investment.
