I used ChatCut with Claude to work through my footage and asked it to select the strongest takes, shorten pauses, add captions, and create motion graphics. I could continue making changes through chat until everything looked right. The option to save an editing style and reuse it for similar content is particularly helpful.
ChatCut lets me edit through ChatGPT using normal instructions. I've used it for talking-head content, cinematic footage, and motion graphics, and I can save workflows for future projects instead of repeating the same process every time. It has genuinely saved me hours.
I regret upgrading to ChatCut Pro. Despite the steep price tag, the interface remains mediocre and the capabilities are incredibly limited. To make matters worse, customer service is virtually non-existent; when you encounter bugs or issues with this half-baked software, there is absolutely no one to help you. Do not waste your hard-earned money on this. Save yourself the frustration and stick with CapCut instead.

Don't be fooled by the Seedance 2.0 advertising. This site is a total grift. I purchased a package of credits expecting the promised AI video tools, but the platform is completely broken. Every single generation attempt results in a 'failed' status or a timeout, meaning your credits are effectively stolen the moment you buy them. To make matters worse, their 'customer support' is a joke; the chat agent froze after I waited for hours. It’s a half-baked site thrown up just to harvest money from the AI hype. Avoid this at all costs.
