Het is een mooi hoesje geworden! Had alleen verkeerd gekeken,vond het niet heel duidelijk er staan,ik wilde graag met koord en nu heb ik zonder,maar ben er wel blij mee!

I initially placed an order for an iPhone 13 MagSafe case. It arrived in good condition, however the MagSafe magnets had been fitted backwards. I flipped them manually but they were still too weak to hold my power bank on. I contacted them about the issue and they sent a replacement and its magnets are perfect! I can definitely recommend this company.

Die Nachverfolgung wurde dann leider nicht angezeigt. Irgendwann lag die Sendung dann im Briefkasten. Dauert ca. 10 Tage von Bestellung bis Lieferung.

Mijn bestelling werd pas na ongeveer drie weken geleverd, terwijl een levertijd van 3 à 4 dagen was aangegeven. Omdat het om een verjaardagscadeau ging, was de vertraging erg teleurstellend en heeft dit de verrassing helaas verpest.

Hoewel ik de bestelling uiteindelijk heb ontvangen en daarom mijn review aanpas, blijf ik van mening dat de communicatie en de levertijd ver onder de verwachtingen waren. Ik hoop dat hierover in de toekomst duidelijker wordt gecommuniceerd, zodat andere klanten niet dezelfde teleurstelling ervaren.

Giving three stars, because it had the image I wanted on it, it seems to work fine, and the material is fine, but there are some problems that unfortunately made my experience less than what I hoped for.

Now for the negatives. This was meant to be a Father's Day gift. The case arrived almost a full month after I ordered it after apparently sitting in some warehouse for like 2 weeks, and when it arrived it looked like someone beat the crap out of it. There are several scuffs across both sides all of which had this nasty white powder that I had to wipe off.

Overall, while I am happy with the image and I'm sure my father will still love it, I'm disappointed in how late it was and the condition it arrived in.

Affordable and great quality! It would be lovely if there was more confirmation on the progress of makeing/processing the case. I love my case!

Australian. Made an order. 3 weeks later the ONLY shipping information I've received is "label has been created" (which indicates that they've created the label for the shipping, but the package was never actually handed to the courier) So I'll expect another 3 weeks before something actually happens.
Bad experience. Asked for a refund the very first week because the order status page said that they haven't even started producing it at that point, and nothing came back.

Heb het nu voor de derde keer gevraagd waar die blijft alleen de eerste keer een reactie gekregen dat ik via de link kon checken waar die was.

Maar dat had ik natuurlijk allang gedaan voordat ik vroeg waar het was.

Helaas tot op heden nog geen knappe reactie wanneer ik mijn bestelling kan verwachten.

Ik snap niet hoe dit bedrijf aan hoge score kan komen ze zijn amper bereikbaar.

I was hesitant at first, considering I was ordering for a 6 year old phone. But when I received my order I was amazed! The image I had made for my custom case was vibrant and color-correct. The case is perfectly cut out to my phone and even protects my camera! I will definitely be ordering from here again.
