キャンセルポリシーがよく理解できませんでした。トップページで「48時間以内なら無料キャンセル」とあるのですが、支払い最後ページで「1日わずか150円ほどでキャンセル無料を保護される」というような表現があったので、それを理解しようと30分以上時間を使いましたが、私の頭ではよく理解できませんでした。しばらく画面をぼんやり見ていると、「48時間以内なら無料キャンセル」との表示が出たので、結局、保護設定は... もっと見る
過去にラスベガスの空港で、レンタカーを返却した際、係員がいないので、鍵を置いたまま去って良し、ということがありました。しかしそれは罠で、返却時間から半日も使用していたとされ、予想以上の請求が来ました。AVISでした。抗議して正規の値段となりましたが、解決までに1週間かかりました。今回は、そんな詐欺を働くスタッフもおらず、安心して仕事に打ち込めました
スタッフは、英語の分からない私達にも常に笑顔で親切でした。そして、何より、車はグレードが高く清潔で、気持ちよく乗車できました。返却も時間がかからず、忘れ物がないか、隅々まで確認してくれました。おかげでとても満足のいく旅行が出来ました。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました！

当初予約したハイブリッドカーが配車されなかった。
ハイブリットカーを予約していたのにノーマルガソリンエンジン車を当初手配され、何度もクレームをしてようやくハイブリッド車に変えてもらえた。その際、車格をグレードアップしてくれたのはありがたいが、省エネ性がかなり犠牲になっていた。

他比較サイトより料金がお得で、補償内容も良かったです。日本語サイトがあり検索もしやすく、内容も分かりやすかったですし、問い合わせも日本語でできました（翻訳機能がありました）。
