The customer service for this is garbage
The customer service for this is useless. They promise a 1 year warranty that includes a "repair, replacement, or return for refund". I accommodated 2 attempts at replacement that started malfunctioning within less than a month and 1 repair that never fixed the issue.
The product has a design flaw and does not properly stop running if the main brush is jammed and melts the brushes despite being cleaned daily.
Customer service is non existent at this point. I have requested a refund numerous times and they just tell me if it is not within 30 days it is not valid. This 30 day limit on return for a defective product is not mentioned anywhere on their warranty page. This product is a scam.
Do not buy it.
