Buy Cheaper, Same Results

My experience is that there is no difference in this line of products versus Lancome, Beverly Hills MD, Crepe Erase or even Olay. I was highly discouraged after watching their marketing video that critcized other face cremes for having water as the first ingredient when, in fact, the first ingredient in the Miami MD Age Defying life & Firm Cream is water! In fact, it might be the thinnest, most watery creme I've ever tried. I saw no visible results after a month of use.

Does Not Work, No Recourse

I tried the product three times on both dry hair and wet hair. The light brown did lighten my medium brown hair, but it did nothing to cover any gray. Because the product was not purchased directly from Polar haircare, they will not honor any product guarantees. Note that this is made in China.

It Does Not Work

These baits have been hanging on the four corners of my property for two weeks, and my yard continues to be full of mosquitos. The baits have caught wasps and bugs but no mosquitos. Every evening, I come inside with 2-4 mosquito bites. It's not working. (Even if it WERE working, I'd complain about the long shipping time on the product.)

Not Palatable, Satisfaction Not Guaranteed

My dog would not chew these. I ended up crumbling them and forcing her to take them for about a week, then gave up. It wasn't fair to her. I reported it to the company and was offered sympathy but no refund.

We’re very sorry for the frustration this has caused. Since the warranty requires 90 days of consistent use, it wasn’t completed in this case. We do encourage you to keep trying, as results often take time. Some dogs are very smart at detecting supplements, so wrapping the chew in soft meat or a favorite treat can help make it more appealing. Torturous Product and Service

My mask took a while to ship, but I did receive it -- although one of the "free" gifts was missing. This mask is heavy and very uncomfortable. I tried removing the neck portion, but it still was too painful to wear. It leaves marks on my forehead and nose that continue to hurt all day long. I tried to initiate a return well within the 100-day time period, but they do not respond. I tried six times with no response. The links to their Facebook and Instagram pages on the website do not work. The telephone number on the website has been disconnected. The contact form on their website will not submit. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, but I may be stuck with this $100+ torture device.
