酷すぎる
The products arrived today in terrible condition.
It's just broken into a box, not wrapped in cushioning material.
Please pack more careflly in the future.
3回目の利用でしたが、今回の梱包は酷かったです。アイシャドウ2点とプレストパウダーの3点購入しましたが、32cm×28cm×4cmの箱にプチプチに包むどころか緩衝材も入ってない。ただ箱に商品入れだけの状態で届きました。輸送中は箱の中で移動しまくりだったのでしょう。アイシャドウは無事でしたが、プレストパウダーは破損してたので箱の中が粉まみれでした。
今までは過剰なくらい梱包されてたのに今回は非常に残念でした！！ショッパー？の薄い布袋なんていらないからしっかり梱包して下さい！！
