We had a great two days with our guide Clare, pickup and itinerary were confirmed ahead of time and exactly as agreed. Clare was friendly and knowledgeable and also assisted with things like restaurant reservations which was appreciated. We also had a private driver in a lovely air conditioned car to transport between attractions included in the price.

I found the app a little tricky to navigate at first, I was trying to book for my partner and I, but gave up in the end and had to book separately, but was able to book both seat reservations for us. We paid for the 1st class option which was worth the extra. There was a massive variety of quality on the trains, ranging from near on silver service, to one train which was advertised as having a buffet car, which ultimately didn’t exist. On a 5 hour train I’d recommend bringing snacks every time! Overall the Interrail service made the journeys much more cost effective and easy than booking each journey individually.

Came quickly and with no problems, the only thing was I wasn’t really sure if it had been shipped. I had to log on to my order history to be satisfied it was actually coming. Once I found that page all was smooth.

Unclear directions on how to find it both on drop off and collection. The attendant took our details on arrival and said car would be delivered to the north terminal but it wasn’t. Just added stress both times. Please give clearer directions!
