The ad came up on a word game. It resembles a scam, whereby lots of things are promised, but what you actually get is very little. They claim 5*, but there are no reviews.
BUYER BEWARE.

Delivery was made at the agreed time. I got the promised phone call shortly before they arrived.

I hadn't tried frozen food mail order before, but this transaction was very easy and worked well. The toffee crunch pie was exactly what we love at the local restaurant. I would definitely recommend Fruugo.

I found the required shower part easily, selected and paid for next day delivery. Two days later nothing had turned up, so I sent an Email to find out what was happening. The response was that the part wasn't actually in stock. A week later it arrived. No offer of a refund for the next day delivery has been made, yet Showerdoc were obviously aware that they could not honour the contract made. This is not up to the level of service I am currently getting from other suppliers. 0/5 for delivery as per the contract, 0/5 for letting me know there was a problem. The only consolation was the shower is now repaired, but I have lost future business with that customer.

It was very easy to find the part I wanted, it was in stock and was despatched the same day. What more could I ask?
