Shipping Policy

At Ivy’s Attic, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, right from the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your door. Our team takes care in preparing and packaging every item so that it reaches you safely and on time. Below you’ll find all the details you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and what to expect once your order is on its way.

Processing Time  

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, but we always aim to ship out 1 to 3 working days after an order (varies depending on order volume we need to work through). If ordered Friday to Sunday we will ship the following Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday.

It may take 3 to 5 working days for dispatch during busy periods (Black Friday/Christmas Period/Sale) so please keep this in mind and reach out to us if you need your order prioritized.

Please note that this is the period to dispatch the order, not to deliver. Please refer to information relating to your shipping region below for estimated shipping time.

We process orders on a sequential basis, so if you require your order urgently (e.g. for a gift or special occasion) please contact us at care@ivysattic.ie as soon as possible after your order & we can prioritize dispatch of your order.

If we expect a significant shipping delay to affect your order we will contact you prior to shipping.

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland  

Republic of Ireland

€6 for standard tracked delivery via An Post (free for orders of €75 or more). Please allow 2-5 working days from dispatch to arrival.

€12 for express delivery via DHL. Please allow 1-2 working days from dispatch to arrival.

Northern Ireland

€8/£8 tracked delivery via An Post (free for orders of €75 or more). Please allow 2-5 working days from dispatch to arrival.

€20 for express delivery via DHL. Please allow 1-2 working days from dispatch to arrival.

There may be slight delays in delivery times during busy periods, especially Christmas. We will not be held responsible for delivery delays by the postage carrier/courier.

UK (excl. Northern Ireland)  

€20 for express delivery via DHL. Please allow 1 to 3 working days from dispatch to delivery.

N.B. As the UK is no longer within the EU, orders to UK may be subject to customs charges payable by recipient upon delivery.

Rest of World  

We currently only ship to countries outside of Ireland & UK on a case by case basis, due to differing customs regulations and potential tariff charges & new packaging regulations within the EU. If you wish to enquire about shipping options to your location, please contact us at care@ivysattic.ie
