That's fair - judging by the feedback it's definitely a difficult game! Thank you for playing :)

Definitely fair - I only tried it once that way, and it was a struggle! Thank you for playing :)

Thank you! Honestly couldn't be happier, been grinning ear to ear all evening :)

Thanks so much! I was so surprised when the results came out, absolutely delighted though :)

So, so good! Each run feels manic and exciting, with the constant appeal of just one more that kept me fully engaged until I'd bought all of the upgrades. Love just how juicy it feels - the fantastic looking bite followed by the little speed boost, the wild energy that the coffin upgrades provide, the shake as you get low on health - moment to moment gameplay is just so much more fun as a result.

The music couldn't be more perfect, with both the shop theme and the main theme bringing exactly the right amount of energy and the appropriate playfully spooky feeling, whilst still feeling distinct. Art is likewise fantastic, love the chunky outlines and the sketchy feel, especially on the vfx which add so much to the frenetic feel each run.

Couple of asides - the screenshot of the shopkeeper complaining about being trapped in a screenshot is perfect, and am I hearing a laugh from Rayman on the main menu screen?

Thank you so much!

Excellent typing game - figuring out the ingredients as you go makes for a nice addition to the genre, with early runs feeling focussed on discovery and later runs just a panicked rush to get everything typed in time! Felt perfectly paced too, with my eventual winning run having less than a second to spare :)

Stressful in the best way, forcing the player to make quick decisions and maths whilst never providing a chance to relax. There's a really nice, natural pacing to it, where just by the way the game is designed the player has more difficult economic decisions to make early on, but more time to make them due to the limited resources, then as the player's resources increase and the economy opens up the player still can't sit back due to the sheer number of fields they have to manage.

It was an absolute joy to slowly discover this world - the upgrades are perfectly paced, with each run feeling like a little more progress was made or something new discovered.

The art is really lovely too - I can never get enough of this kind of ultra-clean, single-colour pixel art.

I may have got a bit carried away there it's true

Glungus no!

Ended up being a really solid clicker game that I thoroughly enjoyed! The different upgrade paths all proved really useful in practice, and liked that you managed to keep manual clicking relevant through the gameplay despite the autoclickers with the addition of the camo-cats and the knockback effect

Glungus and company are also wonderful

Wonderful! The art is fantastic, love just how much character and expression you were able to get from some perfectly chosen poses and the bouncy animation. The contrast between the panic and meditation never failed to be funny to me.

Audio is superb too, with both sections absolutely nailing the effect. The voice recording is surprisingly effective too, I'd happily listen to more!

Thank you so much! Really glad to hear you enjoyed the art and music :)

Surprisingly challenging to catch the larger fish! Really nicely made, with some lovely attention to detail like the movement of the water and the bouncy transitions between animations :)

Really satisfying to get the boats clean! The cel shaded look is very pretty :)

I drowned a lot - some kind of visual or audio cue as you start getting low on oxygen would be a nice addition - but once I'd learned to keep an eye on my oxygen meter the routine of scraping each boat free and going back to upgrade my build was great :)

Playing on the number row rather than a number pad is so difficult, I did not do well when I tried! Glad you enjoyed the music and art :)

Just wonderful - music, sfx and that delightfully unsettling pixel art work perfectly. Very funny and very hard to put down!

Thanks so much! Really glad you enjoyed the tunes :)

Wasn't expecting to play an authentic Atari 2600 game for this jam, but very glad that I did! It's uncompromisingly difficult, but in a way that feels true to the era (even if the little winding descent section towards the end made me rage quit more than once lol). The bat score countdown is dialled in to perfection, navigating the more difficult sections as fast as possible to prevent running out of time was nerve-wracking.

Bit of an aside, but I absolutely love your description of how the game fits the theme!

Playing with the number row is brave - I tried myself, it was very difficult! Quite a few people have pointed out that the difficulty is too high, I should have included a simple track to begin with, and perhaps different modes (maybe a countdown from 5-1 would be easier?)

Thank you for playing :)

Really strong puzzle game, there's some very well designed levels and mechanics in here that really tested me. I had to work UP to some of the more difficult ones, but I wasn't let DOWN by my time with the game! (Really loved the writing, Count Down is a wonderful character)

Thank you so much! The goblin was such a fun character to work on :)

Thank you for playing! Really glad you enjoyed the music - please feel free to get in touch via socials or in the game's comments if you'd like me to send over seamlessly loopable versions under CC0 if you use them in any projects :)

Really engaging concept - the range of weapons and automatic switching work really well to force the player to adapt their playstyle on the fly, which is always a lot of fun! Music is great too, feels suitably sci-fi :)

It's not an easy game for sure! Glad you liked the music and art though, thank you for playing :)

Thanks so much! Really glad you enjoyed the music and art :)

Definitely need to work on the difficulty for future games - simple tracks to ease the player in, some kind of prompt that the count type is about to change and just a slightly larger resolution might have helped I reckon - plenty for me to try!

Excellent roguelike, with a solid range of upgrades that made each run feel a little different.

Some really lovely vfx here, from the dithering effect for the lighting (such a good way to render lighting in pixel art!) to the chunky particle effects from the drill :)

Thanks so much! Counting down by one at a time would have made sense in retrospect - would perhaps be a better fit for the theme too!

I'd originally planned on having online leaderboards, but had to work over the weekend so didn't get time to implement them

Inspired take on the theme! Really tight and engaging gameplay loop, trying not to keep the workers waiting too long but also figure out how to optimise for tips was stressful in the best possible way :)

Thank you! I'd really hoped to have a web build so that mac users could play, but the audio latency issues made it completely unplayable so I wasn't able to put one out - thank you for checking out the page anyway!

A beautifully told story, manages to land a melancholic and bittersweet tone that's exactly what I look for in post-apocalyptic settings (and most others, honestly).

Thank you! Happy to provide the music under CC0, love getting a chance to share with the community :)

Thanks so much! Haven't yet played Rhythm Doctor, but it's on my radar as something I really need to play - I'll try to get to it soon!

This was made in Godot

Thanks so much! Really glad you enjoyed the songs as they were just so much fun to write, always a joy to have a chance to write something where the music is the focus rather than a background element :)

A really fun variation of golf! The different bomb types are great, with absolutely adorable 3d models (seriously I love those little guys!), and puzzles involving setting up chains of explosions are always a winner for me :)

This is so, so pretty and so, so juicy! The particles, the flashing lights, the characterful enemy designs (so impressed by how much personality there is in single colour sprites!), it's all so much fun to look at. Particularly fond of the slight rotations added to the square collisions for potion effects, it's not something that hurts gameplay but adds so much more visual style :)

Gameplay was a little challenging for me - there's a lot of different ingredient combinations to remember to really optimise your play, and I struggled to get the hang of potion throw timing - but given that a lot of the different potion effects mitigate or completely remove the elements that made it so difficult I'm pretty sure it's a skill issue on my part!

Just so much fun! Works really nicely as an arcade style game, with snappy gameplay that keep drawing you in and the different ending captions just pushing me to try one more run to see if I could get a different result :)

So much style, this looks and sounds absolutely gorgeous! I'm always a big fan of this kind of low-poly which leans into the angular geometry, and love how well it fits with the runic font (surprisingly legible for such a stylised font, incidentally!).

The amount of movement onscreen is absolutely mesmerising. Love all of the little details like the subtle movement of the font and shapes, to the way the world grows and shifts as you move and lose or gain fuel.

And the palette is so pretty and autumnal!

Music is lovely, the muted piano sound is so melancholic and pretty.

Really enjoyed this - I played for far too long trying to get a personal best, pretty please with my final score!

Thank you so much! Glad you managed to get the hang of it - I'll make sure to add some easier tracks to get players warmed up if I ever come back to rhythm games!
