S.R.L. took part in IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 – one of Europe’s most important trade fairs dedicated to logistics, commercial vehicles and the future of the transport sector – held in Hannover from 15 to 20 September. This major event confirmed the market’s growing interest in Omeps’ solutions and provided an opportunity to engage with leading international operators and partners. Seeing a portfolio company earn its place on a stage like this is, for us, a positive signal, and a good reason to keep going in the same direction. --- La nostra partecipata O.ME.P.S. What makes a niche market truly attractive to an investor? Strong barriers to entry, technical expertise that is difficult to replicate, and the opportunity to build defensible market positions over time. Delighted to have assisted buyside this long range deal! WindeX Investment Club has acquired O.ME.P.S. SILOTRAILERS, a manufacturer of pressurised #aluminium #silotrailers for the transport of #bulk, #powdery, and #granular materials. Clessidra Group's Capital Credit SGR, through the “Clessidra Private Debt Fund II” (an Art. 9 fund), supported the transaction with subordinated financing, having identified specific #sustainability objectives. The acquisition financing was provided by Banca Ifis and UniCredit. The business is recognised for its high-quality, customised solutions, with all design and manufacturing carried out in Italy. Through its in-house engineering capabilities and advanced design processes, O.ME.P.S. has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, high-performance products tailored to customers' operational requirements. WindeX is pleased to announce the finalisation of its third deal: the acquisition of O.ME.P.S. S.R.L., a leading company specialising in the design and manufacture of pressurised aluminium silo trailers for the transport of bulk, powdery and granular products. A new phase of development is beginning for O.ME.P.S.: accelerated international expansion, particularly into high-potential markets that are currently underserved, the renewal of obsolete fleets in Italy and abroad, and the development of new product lines, including intermodal silos. On the industrial front, a structured process of managerialisation will begin, involving the streamlining of workflows, improved productivity and the optimisation of procurement processes.
