𝗢𝗻𝗲𝗚𝗣𝗟, our quarterly townhall is a time for our people to come together, reflect on our progress, align on what lies ahead and celebrate the contributions that move us forward. At the recent 𝗢𝗻𝗲𝗚𝗣𝗟 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀, South Zone was recognised with the Best Zone Award for Labour Mobilisation. The achievement came at a time when the zone was facing a significant challenge, with nearly 38% of its labour force becoming unavailable due to external circumstances beyond the team's control. Prasanna Padhi, Regional Labour Manager – South Zone, took on the challenge of rebuilding the workforce, working closely with the Operations leadership and Labour Resource team. Together, they successfully remobilised the workforce, taking the zone to 9,500 labour force. For us, this is what it means to 𝗕𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗱. To step up when the road ahead is challenging, take ownership and keep moving towards what is possible. For the past four years, our 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 has been creating pathways for LGBTQ+ talent to enter the workplace, with ~𝟱𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 with us so far. To help emerging talent prepare for these opportunities, we introduced the 𝗚𝗣𝗟 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 – 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 in Mumbai. The two-day workshop focused on helping participants understand Sales better and build a stronger foundation to step into the real estate industry with us. Because inclusion is also about creating the right conditions for people to thrive. As part of the initiative, Megha Goel recently visited Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune to launch the 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 by Godrej DEi Lab. The case study looked at creating pathways for women to return to work after a career break, while asking a larger question: how do we build organisations where people have the opportunity to succeed?  For us, inclusion is not just about the workplaces we have today, but the workplaces we want to build tomorrow.
