This Teachers’ Day, we celebrate the commitment of 50+ associates who are both learners and teachers. Through LITE (Lodha Internal Trainer Enclave), these internal trainers share their expertise and contribute to peer learning across our business. As a gesture of appreciation and to strengthen their capabilities, we brought them together for an Effective Facilitation Skills workshop. Every return has a story behind it. For Shilpi Singh, coming back to Lodha is a story of finding her way back to a workplace and people who have remained meaningful to her. Shilpi has joined Lodha not once, but twice. After her first stint with us, she relocated when her husband was transferred. Life brought her back to Lodha, and she joined us again. Another relocation took her away, but when the opportunity came once more, she chose to return. Her journey is a reminder that the experiences and connections we build at work can stay with us, even as life takes us in different directions.
