A stressful moment for a passenger turned into one of relief when she realised her baggage had been mistakenly swapped with another passenger’s. While assisting passengers at the terminal, our staff noticed her distress and immediately stepped in to help. With the other passenger already at T1 and no correct contact details available, the team quickly coordinated with the teams across both terminals to locate him. Through a timely announcement at T1 and seamless coordination between the teams, the passenger was successfully traced and informed about the baggage mix-up. He was then assisted in travelling back to T3, where the baggage swap was facilitated and the matter was resolved. Relieved and grateful, the passenger appreciated the timely support and coordinated efforts of our staff. This moment truly reflects how ownership, teamwork and going the extra mile can make a meaningful difference to a passenger’s journey. #DelCares #DelhiAirport #WowMoments
