The investment brings together two scaled platforms across India and the Philippines - two important markets for global enterprises and Global Capability Centers in Asia. The investment brings together two managed office operators in India and the Philippines to create one of the largest players in the APAC managed office sector, with approximately 13 million square feet of space under management across two of the region’s largest markets for Global Capability Centers (GCCs). For Table Space, the strategy is clear. India remains at the core of our growth. At the same time, many of the enterprises we serve are building increasingly distributed capabilities across markets. Our opportunity is to grow with them. By combining enterprise workspace capabilities, operating expertise and a broader set of business services, we see the potential to support customers more comprehensively as they build and scale across Asia. DESYN is entering its next phase with a clear focus on scale, consistency, and stronger end-to-end delivery for enterprise clients. We are pleased to welcome Naveen Raina, PMP as COO, DESYN. With previous leadership experience at Savills India and JLL, Naveen brings the operating perspective needed to scale complex businesses, strengthen delivery, and build greater consistency across markets and projects.
