Well happy. This was our second capsule. It arrived promptly and extremely well packaged. It took 10mins to install and prep for use. Product does what it says on the tin with negligable pressure loss. Water tastes better and safe in the knowledge that the microplastics are filtered (as well as a whole host of other nasties). We had a local burst pipe after install of the original unit. Our neighbours water was brown and almost muddy, certainly undrinkable. Ours remained crystal clear and fresh tasting.
