Brilliant Customer Service!
Ordered clogs from Qomfort but when they arrived they were a little snug for my let’s be honest chunky feet! Email sent, return process activated, it really was that simple. The clogs were beautiful, really soft suede and I desperately wanted them to fit. I chose the charity option, and gave them to cancer research. Pinged over a copy of my receipt, and the refund was sorted within 24 hours. Brilliant customer service, emails replied to really quickly too.
