IRS, Please Switch Back To Prometric
The IRS made the switch for the EA exam from Prometric to PSI this year and it's been a complete nightmare. The nearest testing center is 2 hours away from me so I did one in person. Other than the drive it was eh. Then there was one testing day allowed to be online so I did that. I had a connection issue happen during the test and it was like it was the end of the world. I was stonewalled by support, given the run around, and told to call back the next day. Then when I called the next day they basically just said that must be inconvenient for you but get over it and pay us again.
