DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

I placed my order on June 11th. It was meant to be a gift for a baptism on June 25th, which should have been plenty of time considering Babywinkel states a delivery time of 3–4 days.

Unfortunately, the order did not arrive in time. I contacted Babywinkel several times asking for an update, but they were unable to tell me when my order would actually be delivered.

Once June 25th had passed, I asked to cancel the order since I no longer had any use for it and had been forced to buy the gift elsewhere. I was told cancellation was not possible — even though, at that point, the product had not even left their warehouse.

After several weeks, the order finally arrived. Babywinkel then told me I could return it at no extra cost, which I did.

My return was confirmed as received on July 22nd. The automatic confirmation email stated that returns are normally processed within 7 days.

It is now August 25th and I still have not received my refund even though they have received and confirmed my return.
