B&B HOTEL Beaune Sud 1 Palais des Congrès: We booked online and received the wrong entrance code. Despite Saturday rates being almost twice as high as usual, our online message went unanswered and no one picked up the phone. The level of service was absolutely unacceptable and significantly reduced the amount of time we were able to sleep.
