Absolutley disgusting to deal with. If your customers pay high amounts over the phone do not use zeller. They freeze funds and ask for a stack of documents. They did this to me when a customer of 8 years made a large amount payment as they always do and for no reason froze the transaction. I ended up refunding the customer and they paid direct to my bank account. Don't use zeller as there are much better providers out there than these grubs.
