Will never use again and recommend that you don’t if you want the flowers to arrive on the arranged date. Don’t waste your money. Couldn’t deliver on the day, was asked if the following day would be ok and agreed. Called after 3 days and was advised it would be another 3 days. Couldn’t cancel as the order was “in transit”. Only way was for the recipient to not accept and return the order. Just what I wanted to tell a grieving work colleague after the loss of a family member. Congratulations Aussie Blooms and Bloomex for missing a funeral delivery day, having ridiculous processes and the irony of your email address starting with “wecare”. An absolute joke.
