Absolutely useless website, useless staff, not a single response from anyone. On 04/07 I placed an order. It was marked as paid immediately, marked as processing and informed I can't make changes or cancel my order now.

15/07 the item is still processing. I submitted a ticket and asked what the problem was. No response.

19/07 the item is still processing with no response to my support ticket.

20/07 I update the ticket informing them I will claim the refund through afterpay if they don't plan on fulfilling the order or even responding. Submitted refund request to afterpay.

21/07 Refund approved. Still no response from mwave. No reply to the tickets, no apology, no response to the refund request.

I've ordered from mwave for over 10 years. I've spent upwards of $50K through this website. I've referred hundreds if not thousands of customers to mwave in the past.

This one experience is enough for me to backtrack and regret every single one of them.

My order was for 2 Yubikeys as I'm being heavily targeted in account takeovers and hacking attempts, constantly losing access to my accounts. If you're ordering anything urgent, security focused, or just don't like waiting 2 weeks just to have your order cancelled and refunded, I'd highly recommend avoiding mwave. They do NOT respond to customer inquiries, ignore their ticket system, and don't even offer as much as an apology for the delay.
