Had a reservation confirmed at Memphis, TN location. Got a Uber there to pick up the car and was told they did not have any cars available today. I said but I had a confirmed reservation. He said. Yes it will let you do that, but I was getting ready to call you. I have done business with Enterprise for years. Never had this happen before. I don't think this is very good business and will not be back
