I was looking for a filtered showerhead to reduce some of the toxins in the water. I was excited when I saw ESkiin on IG. I was able to get the showerhead on sale. Once I received the product, I had a couple installation questions - I emailed ESkiin customer service in the evening and had a response within a few hours. I realized I ordered the wrong color and getting the product exchanged was extremely easy. The customer service has been excellent, with quick response times (even on the weekends) as well as easy to follow instructions. Getting the new product only took a couple days. It has been so easy to work with and communicate with ESkiin.
I’m excited for my new skin and hair journey- and to see what changes come from it. With my first shower, I felt like the water was softer than AZ city water, but not soft water like the soap doesn’t come off. Excited for my future showers.
