After a month of having the shower head, the water flow is erratic and squirts in all different directions. Its almost like something is partially blocking the flow but when i check there is nothing there to disrupt the water and make it go a different direction. I wish i could add a picture to better show what i am describing. As for my hair and skin i haven't noticed any changes.
