I purchased a della portable ac with heat. It was delivered by a 3rd party shipper who threw my unit from the truck onto my sidewalk. The unit was split up the side but still worked. Della actually sent me a whole new unit for free without requiring me to return the original. 3 years later and both units are doing well. Customer service that actually serves is hard to find but Della is where it is at!
