I’m absolutely delighted with my Hommix Riva tap. It looks beautiful, feels very well made and is exactly what I wanted for my kitchen.

What really stood out to me, however, was the customer service I received from Alan.

When I was originally choosing a tap and comparing different options, Alan provided me with very detailed technical information about the Riva, including the materials used, the ceramic cartridges and its compatibility with my water filtration system. That information was exactly what I needed to make an informed decision, and it became clear to me that the Riva was a much better-quality option than many of the other taps I had been considering.

After the tap was installed, I noticed water leaking from around the spray button. It turned out that the plumber had forgotten to fit one of the seals during installation. Alan responded incredibly quickly, called to discuss the problem and explained exactly where we should check. We found the missing seal still in the box, fitted it correctly, and the leak stopped immediately.

He then went even further and helped me check another O-ring that the plumber had fitted incorrectly, confirming that it wasn’t actually part of the tap assembly.

It is genuinely a pleasure to deal with someone so professional, knowledgeable and responsive. At every stage Alan provided clear, detailed information extremely quickly, both before my purchase and afterwards when I needed support.

The tap itself is lovely, but knowing that this level of customer service is behind the product makes me even happier with my choice.
