Everything went wrong! This is the worst company ever. The first contact we made on May 5th over the phone as we had made a decision of a specific tent that we were to buy. The salesperson did not care to check the e-mail address which lead to a two day delay in getting the invoice paid and the sales order ready. We made it very clear to start with we were in a hurry to get the product. It was promised to take 7 -8 days to arrive. We received a message that due to some delay the shipment of 7 items would arrive on May 19th instead. For some inexplicable reason we got a message on May 18th that the shipment were to be delivered during that same day. What we got was 4 packages in very bad shape. And a further message stating that there was 1 package in the post office agency which we needed to go fetch. It was one of the biggest packages. Luckily our car was big enough to take in that package. Obviously we were in contact with the sales office to make them aware of this disaster. They promised to look into it. On Wednesday 20th we got 2 more packages delivered. One of them was in really bad shape. Out of a delivery containing 7 packages we had now received 6. This all had taken 16 days. Upon contact with the sales office all we got was an apology "Oops something went wrong" and that the missing package will be shipped as soon as possible. This we got on May 28th. Having arranged for hired staff already for the 3rd time to help putting up the tent we discovered that there was at least one very vital part missing and we could not put the tent up. Again we got a lame apology from the sales office but also a promise of an economical compensation for a spectacular sum of 80€. More of an insult really! We received the one missing pieces that we knew of at the time on June 5th. The process had now taken 1 month! And of course while trying the put up the tent we discovered that there was more missing parts. Which we received on June 12th. The promised compensation we have not seen anything of.

Fast delivery? If 38 days is considered to be fast in these days then ...
High quality packaging ? If 5 out of 7 packages are more or less broken can this really qualify as high quality...
To be honest rating this with even 1 star is far too high.
