Really disappointed with their returns…
Really disappointed with their returns policy. Takes a long time to get money back and wasn't refunded my full amount. Even tho I paid for the delivery and £10.00 to return the item. Very disappointed. Will definitely never order again from thia shop.

Hi Ashley, I cannot find an order in your name, can you provide an order number please so that we can look at this. All refunds are normally processed within 14 days as per our returns policy - most are processed in 2-5 days.
Unfortunately as we have to pay shipping when the order is sent, we cannot refund for the shipping. Our returns policy does state & explain this.
