These cages are nice and then you put them together and a day later you notice that the clear panels are chipped and sharp. They are very expensive and they shouldn’t be doing that after only one day.

We’re really sorry to hear this happened, especially so soon after putting the cage together.
Our acrylic panels are more fragile than standard grids and do need to be handled with extra care during assembly and use. We'd still really like the chance to look into this properly and help.
