This company feels like a scam
This company feels like a scam. They pretty much only cover medical, and government recall of armed forces. I had a flight booked in Uganda, all state and government entities are sending out do not travel and even flights out of uganda are being rerouted because of an Ebola out break. Uganda even says do not travel to Western border which is exactly where my flight was returning from to Entebbe. They refused to refund anything. So much for there "100% Refundable Booking" BS.

thank you for your feedback. I understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially when travel plans are impacted by serious health risks.
For clarification: infectious disease outbreaks such as pandemics or similar large-scale health events are generally excluded from insurance coverage. This applies to both trip cancellation insurance and travel insurance packages, as defined in the policy terms and conditions.
