I won't use HRS ever again. Their slogan is "Business travel made easy", but HRS doesn't even check what hotels they have in their listings. For a 3-night work trip, I booked a B&B, that 1) absolutely was NOT meant for business travel, and 2) even had NO idea that they were listed on HRS.

The B&B told me that they've listed their B&B through Expedia, and didn't know where Expedia had then listed them, and that is totally fine – the problem is that HRS promotes itself as a 'business travel' portal, when, as said, they clearly don't even do a basic verification for their hotels (a phone call or email to the B&B would've been enough).

I'm a freelancer working in media production; I'll make sure I'll warn all my networks about this experience, especially as the company doesn't even bother to reply to negative feedback, i.e. they clearly have no intention to fix any problems.
