Terrible experience from start to finish. I placed an order and waited weeks past the estimated delivery date without a single update. I had to reach out multiple times before getting a response. I cancalled the order and got promised that refund would be made immediately.After 20 days of email exchange refund has not been done till today. I received no explanation or apology from the owner as he is the only who decides to refund or not. Communication is severely lacking.
I do not recommend to shop on Bloomingloft. Bloomingloft demonstrates unfair commercial practices which should be probably reviewed by Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) as well as the E-Commerce ombudsman's office.
Order was placed on 21.03.26 and paid at the same date.Then in a once month Bloomingloft offered to cancel the order due to the issue with order supply and offered immediate refund... NO REFUND till today.
