I submitted my request through ARAG over the weekend. They got back to me on the very first business day (Monday).

I politely asked if they could explain the details to me in English, and they walked me through everything I needed to know, step by step and in detail, in English (Thank you very much, Ms. Charen - Kanzlei Hohner).

They even sent me an email explaining everything in detail. Some heroes don’t wear capes.
