We had ours installed in 2021. Horrible experience. The lights are fading in spots and discolored throughout. There are a lot of colors we can’t use because the color is off on some of the segments. The motors run loud. Our installer went out if business. They won’t honor the warranty. And the newer designed systems are incompatible with the old system. We custom designed our eaves for these lights so we will have to replace the entire Gemstone system, plus our younger and groove cedar with it. Gemstone has not been helpful at all. We are getting a nice system installed and we will not use gemstone.
