The worst health insurance in the history of insurances! If you need to choose one DON’T choose Helsana! During my pregnancy I have payed during the first 3 months all the ultrasounds and test myself even when I was already paying monthly to the insurance, no explanation no nothing! Basically they wait that your child is not a miscarriage to start covering all and if you have the bad luck of having one it is also not covered!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 They used to pay my prenatal pills till the last month of my pregnancy in which by magic they were not longer in the list of the medicines they covered, again no explanation no thing but of course each month they were super mega punctual to charge me 😡

When I tried to call and also ask for help or explanations guess what? “This is not covered or there’s none who speaks French” and let me remind everyone here now that Switzerland has 4 official languages and French is one of them!! 🤬 I am more than tired of the lack of communication, attention and service.. many other countries in what everyone call “third world” have much better health insurances and those can truly be called public health care systems not this subcalled public insurances they have in Switzerland and specially not this mess of insurance Helsana is, so NOOO I will never recommend them not even to a person I hate..
