My experience with Cargoboard has been extremely negative and stressful. Over a period of months, they repeatedly tried to impose additional transport charges for alleged differences in size/weight, without providing proper technical proof. In one case, they tried to charge an extra invoice of EUR 102.70 based on supposed measurements that were never properly demonstrated. They relied on vague statements and a photo, but never provided a real measurement report, a reliable method, or proper evidence of how they calculated the amount.

After I disputed the charge, Cargoboard eventually admitted the issue by cancelling that invoice themselves and issuing a cancellation/credit document. That should have been the end of the matter. But unbelievably, even after cancelling the invoice, the case was still passed to a debt collection company, which then started sending payment demands, threats of legal action, extra fees and collection costs.

There was also another separate payment issue caused by their own administrative/technical error, which I am handling directly with Cargoboard. Even so, external collection pressure continued, as if everything was an uncontested debt.

This is not professional billing practice. It shows very poor internal coordination, unjustified extra charges, and unnecessary pressure on customers. In my case, I felt harassed by repeated demands for sums that were disputed, unproven, and in one case already cancelled by Cargoboard itself.

Be very careful before using this service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Cargoboard to anyone.
