They just cancelled my card before sending out a new one despite the old card still being valid for another two months. Apparently they can't do anything about that and the new card will arrive in due cards....Great and in the meantime I cannot use the card. What an excellent service.
Why on earth would one cancel the old card before having the new one activated or at least dispatched?!
