As other have said, absolute scammers. Paid for car parking in Norfolk and still charged me. Told me could complain to their head office but if lose then would be subject to the full £100.00 fine.
They then e-mailed me maps to say this machine belongs to one company and the other is not ours and their signs do not explain properly. I put in the car registration and these machines do not issue a ticket. I gave them all the information my bank could supply but still was not good enough. I made the payment merely to get them off my back but going to take legal action as should be allowed to get away with ripping off law abiding citizens. Not had a parking ticket in 60 years so what makes them think I would suddenly park illegally. I will never park in this car park again and not giving them another penny.
