ONLY 50% refund when cancel 95 days before arrival
The website is very user friendly and easy to use.
However - when I want to cancel my bookings 95 DAYS before my arrival date - 50% deduction is applied. THIS IS VERY SUBSTANTIAL amount, which is not reasonable.
So if you are not sure about your bookings, DONT BOOK IT here.

Thank you for your feedback. We have already had extensive contact via our helpdesk, but we would like to share our response here as well. On a booking platform, the host sets the cancellation conditions, and the platform itself has no influence over these terms. We have explained this to you previously.
We therefore advised you to contact the host directly to see if you can come to an agreement together. Hopefully, this will be possible.
