I received my order promptly which I am really happy about. What I am not pleased with is the smell of the material. I ordered a personalised birth flower hair/tool bag as a Christmas gift, it smells pungent of rubber type plastic. I am extremely disappointed with this especially as it is part of a gift for someone. Think twice before ordering this as the smell is disgusting. I have given 2* for the delivery and personalisation.
