They were professional in how they operated and were respectful of all parties involved throughout the process. Our main contact Chloe kept us informed of progress every step of the way, but we also noted how the rest of the team seamlessly picked up any queries we had too, which indicated a good team who worked together well. They are real people who you can speak to or even visit in branch, and who phone you back too, and not just provide email updates on an online portal, which we liked!
